The third round of Malaysian National League was held last Sunday at new facility own by Alvin Lam, called 3StonePark in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There are 3 tracks for 1/8 Off-road, 1/8 On-road and 1/10 On-road at this location.

Total of 128 drivers with 41 in pro, 42 in semi pro and 45 in amateur class from Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, China and Taiwan were in attendance. The track surface became hardpacked during the practice and some cracks appeared on it. It was clear that qualification runs will be bumpy. I tried to drive the car as fast and smooth as possible and I got TQ in 2nd qualifying round.

I ran 60-minute final like a battle of concentration. The drivers were dealing with a blown track, dust being blown up by wind. Track conditions became more challenging with every lap and it caused DNFâ™s for some drivers. It was a challenge to drive down the straight without cars flipping over.
Through all of this, the lead changed many times between me, Wenyi and Felix since beginning of race.
